Romhay Travel and Event Organizers is a professional Travel and event management firm with over ten years experience in international events organizing and Travel Management. The company has it’s headquarter in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The physical address of the office is Room 207, 2nd floor, Blen Building, Bole Medhanialem, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

With this extended regional representation, Romhay Travel and Event Organizers is a well positioned to meet both local and in International event management requirements as well as providing the required expert support in organizing both local and international Travel and Events.

 

The company has in house event management unit where events and organized and coordinated and also has a Travel unit where air tickets are issued and related ground transportation coordinated. The company’s event and Operation management experience include but not limited to entire operations management of events and travel related services such as required venues identification, deification and selection of vendors. Contracting and management of vendors/ service providers, provide air ticket and entire management of participants travel to events, event budget management, disbursement of daily sustenance allowance (DSA/Per Diems) to meeting participants and in some cases undertake technical assistance services such as identification and recruitment of consultants for specific technical assignments such as preparation of technical papers to be discussed in conference/ meeting being organized, recruitment and management of support staff and facilitators.
